LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRENT
TAKE NOTICE, that I Colleen R. Freese, the
undersigned collector of the Town of Covert,
County of Seneca, and the State of New York,
have duly received the Tax Roll and Warrant for
Collection of taxes with in the Town of Covert
for the Year 2012, and I will collect taxes at
8469 South Main Street, Interlaken, New York,
Tuesday 9:00-5:00 Wednesday & Friday 10:00 AM -
5:00 PM and Thursday 10:00AM- 6:00 PM for the
purpose of receiving taxes listed on the said
roll.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on
or before January 31, 2012 without charge of
interest. On all taxes received after such date,
there shall be an added interest of 1% if paid
on or before February 28, 2012 and 2% if paid on
or before March 31, 2012.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to the
provisions of law the tax roll of the Town of
Covert will be returned to the Seneca County
Treasurer on the 2nd day of April, 2012 .
